FLOW - Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Machine

The next generation vertical, form, fill and seal machine!

Vertical form, fill and sealing machines create bags from a flat film. By using the specially designed forming set, the film is transformed into a tube, filled with product, sealed closed and cut.

The machine is suitable for packing all kinds of bulk goods, both food and non food products.

Flow distinguishes itself from other packaging machines with its hygienic design, full stainless steel construction, high packing speeds and very user friendly interface. The machine is fully servo driven, both on the film transport as well as on the seam sealing system.

Flow is specially designed for medium to high capacity packaging processes, with a wide variety of products and film types. Where hygiene and cleanliness are the priority, FLOW is the machine for the job.

Flow is available in both "Heat Sealing"(PP and laminated films) and "Impulse Sealing" (LDPE films). bag length is determined by an encoder on the film which guarantees high accuracy. For processing printed films, an eye mark reader is installed.

The intuitive touch screen provides the possibilities to create and store programs.
